**Our Promise:**
At IPTVDream, we are committed to delivering excellence and satisfaction through our services. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase or encounter a critical issue that renders our service unusable, we’re here to support you with a refund.

**How to Request a Refund:**
To request a refund, please send us an email with your transaction order ID and the subject line: “Refund Request.” Detail the problems you’ve faced. We may request additional information to fully understand your situation, and we’ll also share our findings and viewpoints to ensure an open and honest dialogue.

**Refund Conditions:**

1. **Technical Assistance:** Please allow us the chance to address any technical issues first. If your issue remains unresolved after 48 hours, we will proceed with a refund.

2. **Refund Timing:** Requests for refunds should be made within 72 hours of your purchase. Requests made after this period are not eligible for refunds.

3. **Refund Processing:** Refunds are generally processed within 20 to 31 working days, although in some cases it may take up to 90 days. This timeframe is governed by the payment processor, not IPTVDream.

4. **Partial Refunds:** For refund requests made after the 72-hour window but within the subscription period, we will calculate a partial refund based on the used portion of the service.

**Situations Not Eligible for Refund:**

– **Setup Challenges:** If difficulties in setting up your system or device are the issue, we’re here to help guide you through it. However, we cannot offer refunds for these types of challenges.

– **Occasional Service Disruptions:** Sometimes, channels may experience interruptions or downtime. While our engineers strive to ensure a stable service, factors beyond our control like internet instability, device malfunctions, or temporary server issues do not qualify for a refund.

– **Change of Mind:** If you decide to withdraw or switch from our services for personal reasons, this does not qualify for a refund.

**Our Commitment in Case of Major Disruptions:**
If a service disruption on our end prevents you from accessing your IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours, we’ll not only issue a full refund but also extend your subscription for the duration of the outage, plus a bonus for the inconvenience.
